what we study
Our research focuses on the development, dissemination, and implementation of community-viable interventions for children with ASD and their families.
A major focus of our current work is on telehealth delivery of parent-mediated intervention and community effectiveness of Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs). We are also interested in barriers and facilitators to service access, to understand how to improve access to evidence-based intervention for underserved families of children with ASD. This work draws heavily from the fields of autism intervention science, mental health services research, and dissemination and implementation science.
